Flush mounting may require some mortising and pilot hole drilling. The holes are sufficiently sized to allow for seasonal ground movement or wood shrinkage while maintaining proper latch function.
- Door Strike Plate Double Holes -- A one-piece design replaces standard separate strike plates. Reinforces or repairs wood jambs with multiple drilled or stripped holes, or covers all old or worn door frames to make your door look like new.
- Door Jamb Repair Kit -- Each reinforced door strike plate comes pre-drilled with nine screw holes and includes six 3-inch extra-long screws and three 1-inch short screws.
